What is it?

An intensive session is like therapy on steroids; it’s a longer, enhanced experience that is targeted to bring you results quicker. Instead of meeting for traditional weekly sessions, an intensive sees us meeting for a 3-hour session (longer sessions available) and working towards your goals with more precision and depth than a 50-minute session allows for.

After an intensive session, you’ll have more energy to focus on your most exciting goals because all those intrusive thoughts and worst case scenarios rooted in the fear of failure won’t worry you the same anymore.
